RETURN

You can return the ordered products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All you have to do is print and complete the declaration of withdrawal - return form.

In the case of shipment of a returned order, please send an e-mail with the information that such a shipment has been sent to us.

We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the product.

If the order was paid at the time delivery, do not forget to mention the bank account number to which the money is to be refunded in the form.

Attention!

In accordance with point 3 of Art. 38, the right to withdraw from the Agreement is not entitled to the Customer in the event that the subject of the Sales Agreement are non-prefabricated items, manufactured according to the customer's specifications or to satisfy his individual needs. It applies to the purchase of the dog tag and a bedding with an engraving of the dog's name!

EXCHANGE

You can also exchange the purchased product for a different size or a different item from our store's offer.

For this purpose, please send the form by entering information related to the exchange - exchange form

The price of the product you choose does not have to be the same as the price returned. In the event of differences in prices, we will send all the details related to the surcharge / refund by e-mail after receiving the form.
